Fast responsive honest fun respectful — they finished the job before other companies even called me back— and upgraded what needed to be fixed before i was in another jam— educated me and allowed me to make decisions— not pushy at all!!

I had an excellent experience with Kind Garage Doors & Gates and honestly don’t understand the negative reviews floating around. They’re either fake or from people who have never used the service, because what I got was top-notch. My garage door opener completely died on a Thursday night. I called KIND the next morning and they had a technician at my house the same day. He was polite, knowledgeable, and got my system running again quickly. He even gave me tips on maintenance so I wouldn’t run into the same problem down the road. The company is licensed, insured, and their professionalism shows. The invoice matched the quote exactly, no games. Compared to past experiences I’ve had with other companies, KIND is on a different level—straightforward, reliable, and respectful. If you’re in Los Angeles and want a company you can actually trust, this is the one.

Nir the owner came out today and gave us a very fair estimate for our garage door opener that was a least 20+ years old. First off they were prompt that came on time. They arrived here at 11:30 and were supposed to be here at noon and asked if that was OK which it was amazing. They found out what we needed, and it appeared that our garage door opener needed to be replaced went and got one and came back and installed it, installed a remote on the wall and a remote in the front with a digital code all in the days work and make sure that we understood how to work it and what they were doing. We were highly impressed with their professionalism and how they wanted to explain everything to each of us so we understood what was going on. I would highly recommend this company. It’s a family own company. They do a tremendous job. I’d rather give my business to a company like this who is hungry and is here to work for you and make sure everything goes right! We are somewhat computer savvy, but not really good at computers or apps and Nir and Or made sure that they programmed everything for us and got us where we were comfortable with the equipment.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt like I had to after seeing some of the nonsense being posted here. My experience with Kind Garage Doors & Gates was the total opposite of those fake one-stars. From the very first phone call, the team was professional, honest, and fast. They gave me a clear estimate, showed up on time, and actually explained the repair in detail so I understood what I was paying for. No surprises, no hidden fees. The technician replaced my broken garage door spring and serviced the motor in under an hour. He left the area spotless and even tested everything twice before leaving. The price was exactly what they quoted me, and it was fair compared to other companies I called. What stood out most was how much they cared about getting the job done right. You can tell this company is licensed, insured, and serious about customer service. It’s rare to find a contractor in Los Angeles that’s this transparent and trustworthy. I’d recommend KIND to anyone in LA who needs garage door or gate service. They’re the real deal, and I’ll use them again without question.

I had the pleasure of working with Or when my gate stopped working, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. From the start, he was incredibly responsive and scheduled me quickly. Or showed up right on time, introduced himself, and got straight to work. What impressed me most was how professional and detail-oriented he was. He carefully explained what the issue was, walked me through my options, and made sure I understood everything before starting the repair. No upselling, no nonsense — just honest, straightforward service. You can tell Or takes pride in his work. He didn’t just do a quick fix; he made sure my gate was running smoothly, tested everything multiple times, and didn’t leave until he knew it was perfect. On top of that, the price was very fair compared to others I’ve dealt with in the past. My gate now works better than ever, and I truly appreciate Or’s skill, honesty, and professionalism. If you’re looking for someone reliable who cares about doing the job right, ask for Or — he’s the real deal!
