Welcome to the Kind Garage Doors & Gates Maintenance Membership Program. By enrolling in this program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.

1. Membership Overview

1.1 The Membership Program is designed to provide routine maintenance, exclusive discounts, and priority services for your garage door & gate needs.

1.2 Membership is available in three tiers: Basic, Premium, and VIP. Each plan includes specific services and benefits as outlined on our website.

1.3 Memberships are billed monthly, but enrollment constitutes a mandatory 1-year subscription, with early cancellation subject to fees as described in Section 5.

2. Payment Terms

2.1 Membership fees are billed monthly based on the selected plan.

2.2 Payment must be made using a valid credit or debit card. By enrolling, you authorize Kind Garage Doors & Gates to process monthly payments until cancellation.

2.3 For members with more than one motor, there will be an additional charge of $10 per motor per month. For example, if you have 4 motors, an additional $30 will be added to your monthly fee.

2.4 A failed payment may result in suspension of membership benefits until the payment is resolved.

3. Services Included

3.1 Services provided under the membership plan include regular tune-ups, inspections, and discounts as specified in your selected plan.

3.2 Discounts on labor and repairs apply only during an active membership period and cannot be retroactively applied to prior services.

3.3 Emergency service response times may vary depending on scheduling availability, but VIP members will always receive same-day service as outlined in their plan.

4. Service Limitations

4.1 Membership does not cover repairs, parts, or installations unless explicitly stated in the plan benefits.

4.2 Maintenance visits do not include damage caused by misuse, neglect, or natural disasters.

4.3 Additional fees may apply for non-covered services requested outside the scope of the membership plan.

5. Cancellation Policy

5.1 Memberships require a 1-year mandatory subscription. After the initial 1-year period, memberships will convert to month-to-month and can be canceled at any time with no penalties.

5.2 To cancel, you must provide notice in writing (email is acceptable) at least 7 days before your next billing cycle.

5.3 Early cancellation of the 1-year mandatory subscription may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to the remaining monthly fees for the subscription term.

5.4 Upon cancellation, no refunds will be issued for unused services or time within the current billing cycle.

6. Refunds and Liability

6.1 Refunds for services already rendered are not available.

6.2 Kind Garage Doors & Gates is not liable for pre-existing issues or damages discovered during a maintenance visit.

6.3 By enrolling, you agree to release Kind Garage Doors & Gates from liability for damages beyond the scope of routine maintenance.

7. Modification of Terms

7.1 Kind Garage Doors & Gates reserves the right to modify or update the Membership Program or these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
